monitoraeo ("the service", "we") is an audit tool that measures how AI answer engines describe, cite and recommend a domain. The service is provided as-is. We make a reasonable effort to keep it accurate and available; we do not guarantee it.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You can stop using the service at any time. Pre-paid one-off audits already delivered are not refunded on termination unless required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be heard in courts of New South Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers and reflected in the "last updated" date above.
