Common: my audit doesn't show me
If visibility is 0% but the audit cited your domain, the brand-name match likely failed. Re-run the audit with the brand name typed exactly as it appears on your site (e.g. "JB Hi-Fi" not "jbhifi"). Read more →
Common: my audit hasn't arrived
Audits take 5–15 minutes to run after payment, and are emailed when complete. Check spam. If >30 minutes, send us a ticket with your purchase email.
Common: refund
If the audit failed (every engine errored) we refund automatically. Otherwise email us within 14 days and we'll work it out.
Agencies / custom volume
For 10+ domains/month, white-label PDFs or custom query sets, send a ticket with topic "Custom audit / agency" and we'll set up a call.
